"Oggi Kashi is the best real estate broker that we have ever met. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile in customer service. He helped us for quite a while to find our dream home. Once we found “the house”, and our offer was accepted, he guided us through the whole process and explained every step. Before getting our pre-approval letter for a loan, Oggi told us that there was an outstanding lawsuit against the housing complex still in litigation after 3 years, so he advised us to inform the loan institution about this situation. The loan broker didn’t see any issue and told us we should pursue with the purchase and gave us the pre-approval letter. When we signed the contract with the seller and submitted all the papers for the loan, the lender institution became apprehensive to provide the loan, so Oggi went above and beyond by going to the court house to try and find out what stage the lawsuit was in. He also went to other real estate brokers whose clients obtained loans while this lawsuit was in progress, and found us another loan company that would sponsor the loan. We were so scared that we would forfeit our deposit for not making the closing date. He then guided us in securing the loan and on how to setup the extension with the seller. As you can imagine this was a very stressful time for us, and Oggi always remained calm and responsive to all our unending questions. We were out of our comfort zone due to all these closing delayed issue, but Oggi was a very supportive influence and positive and knowledgeable inspiration. He was always available, not matter what time we were calling him or emailing him. He never left a phone call or email unresponsive. We are eternally grateful for his experience and expertise in dealing with extraordinary real estate issues, and we couldn’t have purchased our dream home without his dedicated help and professionalism. After this experience, we recommend Oggi to everybody because we know that he will do an excellent job with a potential buyer or seller."
