Meet Heidi

Fang erst gar nichts an, es sei denn Du hast vor, es perfekt zu beenden. Don’t even start, unless you plan on finishing with perfection. Since 2004, this sentence has encapsulated Heidi Howell’s approach to real estate, and she never settles for less.

Heidi was raised in the heart of Germany. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and political science, a master’s in social work, and another degree in hotel management. In 1985, Heidi landed in the beautiful city of San Francisco, where she fell in love and stayed. Once settled, the lifelong learner went back to school to earn another bachelor’s degree in graphic design from UC Berkeley Extension.

Heidi’s vigorous pursuit of education led her to demanding jobs at Mother Jones magazine and as a social worker, then landed her in the San Francisco real estate world in 2002 after her daughter started at the Waldorf School. There, Heidi befriended an agent and started working as her assistant, and afterward, she became the escrow manager for a leading national brokerage. During those years, Heidi mastered both her role as a manager and raising her family in the city while maintaining her strong European roots.

In 2004, Heidi became an escrow and office manager for a renowned luxury firm, where she worked closely with two exceptional experts in San Francisco real estate. After receiving her license that year, Heidi became the chief administrative officer and an accomplished agent. Since then, she has worked with first-time home buyers, young tech couples, military families, downsizing seniors, and everyone in between. Heidi approaches each client with respect and transparency, guiding them through the ups and downs of the process with professionalism and compassion.

When not assisting clients, the magnanimous mother-of-two uses her drive and ambition to be an active participant in her community. She lives her core beliefs through her extensive volunteer work for Teach Africa, Joyful Heart Foundation, Night of Courage, and 100 Women+, among others.
