Client service is the core of Mike Annunziata’s business, and it has helped him consistently rank in the top 5% of agents representing buyers and sellers in San Francisco. Mike commits to his clients to be fully informed on market conditions, communicate clearly and consistently, and represent their interests through all phases of the buying or selling process.

Mike’s mission is to become his clients’ trusted advisor, something he understands can only be achieved through consistently exceeding expectations. Mike became a founding partner of North Point Real Estate when he saw an opportunity to create a collaborative real estate team focused on exceptional client service. Mike, his business partners Laura Lanzone, Oggi Kashi, and the rest of the North Point Real Estate team strive daily to provide creative solutions to client needs and they never put their interests ahead of their clients.

Prior to real estate, Mike worked in financial services for Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Capco Consulting. Through these experiences Mike has developed and honed a deep knowledge of real estate finance and the negotiation and project management skills that he uses every day to serve his clients.

Mike lives in Sausalito, CA with his wife Bridget, and two children, Tess and James. In his free time he and his family enjoy camping, hiking, and exploring the Bay Area’s natural beauty. Mike feels lucky to live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area and is deeply fulfilled in helping others do the same.
