He impressed us then with his knowledge of the home/neighborhood/comparable properties and of the real estate market in the Bay Area in general. As we became more serious in our search for a single family home, we turned to Oggi. He patiently and tirelessly provided guidance and friendship as we searched for a home that would suit most, if not all, of our needs. He was always immediately responsive to call, emails, texts (he literally works 24/7!). When we finally found the home we wanted to purchase, Oggi went out of his way to facilitate meetings with contractors, so that we could have a realistic understanding of cost for work we wanted done even prior to making an offer. Once in contract, he consistently provided sage advice and always had our best interests in mind. We wouldn't have wanted to go through this process with anyone but Oggi!
